yea i wasent much of a rap listener myself until this came up on my ipod while i was running. I was on my 8th lap around the neighborhood and i was about to reach the peak of my running (when your out of breath and can't go on anymore) when this song came on. the first part was okay i was about to change it until i heard the beat and lyrics. Jesus! i took off, like i impressed some of my neighbors who are marathon runners. i have been able to do at least 5 to 6 more laps with this song playing. listen to it!
